Norman E. Washington graduated from Virginia State University with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication. He served as assistant administrator of Community Educational Opportunities. During his tenure, he assisted inner city youth with the entrepreneurial training needed to operate and own a successful enterprise with the use of hands-on operations and classroom tutoring.
As husband, father, Marine and professional Firefighter. he has learned that an attitude of success, a love of God and honesty can be the turning point in any life. He believes that these qualities, along with hard work, a professional attitude and quality workmanship are Imperitive to survive in a business atmosphere. I have applied the life lessons of determination, project completion and fair play to this company.

Mrs. Washington has been the Chief Financial Officer of Success by Dezign, LLC since its inception in 1998. She is responsible for all financial obligations of the company, to include but not limited to transactions ledgers, check distribution, collections and tax recording. She is certified professional coder and an auditor. She is proficient in Microsoft Office and other programs.

Mr. Washington is an original member of Community Educational Opportunity (CEO). As a member of CEO, he became a partner and company owner of Success by Dezign at the age of 16. In 1998 Stephen became the became the executive and salesperson the screen-printing branch. He renamed the division, DATSHIRTDUDE. He is proficient in Micro Office, Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator to name a few.
